About the event

WHAT WILL YOUR CHILD LEARN?

* During this class students will be introduced to ballroom dance fundamentals and various social latin dance styles such as; merengue, bachata, and salsa. Students will get to learn about the culture and history of the dance through interactive games while dancing to kid friendly upbeat music in a safe environment. Students will also work on learning to dance individually and with a partner, allowing them to learn discipline, teamwork and develop social skills.

WILL MY CHILD BE PERFORMING?

* A small showcase will be held on the last day of class, and will be held on school campus. Showcasing is a great way for students to gain confidence and show their progress.

DRESS CODE AND ATTENDANCE

* Girls will need a black leotard, and any practice skirt or comfy pants.
